An Oklahoma man has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder following a massive explosion at a Sand Springs business complex.
The blast killed two people.
The explosion occurred around 1 a.m. on a Thursday at the Morrow-Gill business complex near South Lincoln Avenue.
Investigators say the blast was chemical-related.
According to investigators, the explosion took place during a THC extraction process inside an extraction facility.
Surveillance video from a nearby building reportedly captured a bright flash followed by the explosion.
The structural damage extended far beyond the extraction facility itself.
Authorities say at least 25 businesses were damaged in the blast.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
But that victim later died.
A warrant was issued for Ryan Bassham on Aug. 28.
Then Bassham was arrested on Sunday.
Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler has confirmed the two first-degree murder charges against Bassham.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the circumstances surrounding the explosion.
The ATF is also investigating the blast.
Two people are dead.
At least 25 businesses were damaged.
And what began as a facility explosion is now a double-murder case.
The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
