Testimony is currently underway in the murder trial of Matthew Sanders.
Sanders is a Mobile County man accused in a fatal shooting outside the Alabama Bar and Lounge.
He stands accused of fatally shooting one man and wounding another outside the venue.
In February 2025, a confrontation took place inside the establishment.
Prosecutors say the incident began as a fight between Sanders and Hunter Lins.
Then, according to investigators, Sanders went outside the building.
Investigators allege that Sanders retrieved a firearm after leaving the indoor fight.
And investigators allege he proceeded to shoot Lins and another man in the parking lot.
Lins was struck by gunfire during the parking lot confrontation.

A second man was also shot and wounded outside the bar.
Lins was transported to the hospital following the shooting.
He later died from his injuries.
The confrontation left one man dead and another injured.
Sanders is now standing trial on multiple criminal charges.
He is charged with murder.
He is also charged with first-degree assault.
Sanders has not been convicted of the alleged offenses.
His guilt or innocence will be determined at trial.
The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
