“I AM WALKING AWAY NOW”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AUTHORITIES SAY A PENNSYLVANIA MAN BEAT HIS MOTHER TO DEATH OUTSIDE HER HOME BEFORE SLEEPING IN A FIELD AND SURRENDERING TO POLICE ON CAMERA… AND HE IS NOW FACING A CRIMINAL HOMICIDE CHARGE.
A Sunday morning in Swickley Township began with a discovery outside a family residence.
At around 9 a.m., a daughter found Christin Hamilton outside the home, CBS reported.
Hamilton was discovered beaten and naked.
Authorities allege that she was beaten to death earlier that morning by her 29-year-old son, Jakob Korber.
The fatal assault allegedly occurred at their shared home just as Hamilton was starting her day.
Hamilton was wearing a towel and had stepped outside to let her dog out.
Her son then confronted her outside the house.
Authorities allege that Korber then began an assault that lasted for an hour.
The hour-long attack was recorded by a camera located in front of the home, according to authorities.
“It’s a horrific thing for what the victim had to go through, and it’s disgusting to watch,” Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Steven Limani said.
But the suspect did not remain outside the home.

According to police, it appeared that Korber went to sleep in a nearby field after the assault.
Hours later, he returned to the area near the residence.
Around 5 p.m., the alleged killer was seen walking along a road near the house.
News crews were already positioned in the area.
Dramatic footage captured by KDKA shows the scraggly son walking up the road.
He was seen walking with his hands in his pockets while wearing a hi-vis vest.
The footage captured him grimly eyeing the camera as he walked.
Then he was met by troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police.
Korber put his hands behind his back and surrendered to cops on the side of the road.
The state troopers then cuffed him and took him into custody.
News crews captured dramatic footage of the moment he surrendered to police on the roadside.
Korber has been charged with criminal homicide, according to the Westmoreland County DA’s office.
The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
