“THESE ARE NOT MINE”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AUTHORITIES SAY 42-YEAR-OLD ELIZABETH ROZO WAS CAUGHT WITH APPROXIMATELY 400 SUSPECTED STOLEN BANK CARDS AND THOUSANDS OF PIECES OF STOLEN MAIL… AND SHE NOW FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES WITH MORE EXPECTED.
On August 25, 2026, officers in Austin, Texas, were investigating credit card and bank card abuse.
They located 42-year-old Elizabeth Rozo at an apartment complex near Tech Ridge Boulevard.
Rozo left the complex in her vehicle.
Officers followed her.
Then, they conducted a traffic stop.
A search of the vehicle followed.
During the vehicle search, investigators found approximately 400 suspected stolen bank cards.
They also recovered nearly 300 gift cards.
Authorities said the gift cards were believed to have been purchased using stolen bank cards.
In addition, investigators located two counterfeit Arrow Keys inside the vehicle.
Arrow Keys are specialized keys commonly used to access large cluster-style mailboxes.
Such keys can allow access to large quantities of mail.
That discovery led investigators to obtain a search warrant for Rozo’s apartment.
Inside the residence, officers recovered additional evidence.
They believed this material was connected to mail theft, identity theft and fraud.
Altogether, investigators seized approximately 400 suspected stolen bank cards across the search.

They seized nearly 300 gift cards.
They confiscated two counterfeit Arrow Keys.
And they seized 17 stolen postal keys.
But the items recovered did not stop at keys and cards.
Authorities also recovered approximately two dozen stolen or fraudulently created identification documents.
Hundreds of stolen checks were seized as well.
Officers recovered thousands of pieces of stolen mail.
In addition, investigators seized approximately two ounces of suspected methamphetamine.
Rozo was taken into custody.
She was arrested on an outstanding warrant for credit card or bank card abuse.
Then, additional charges were filed.
She was charged with unlawful conduct involving a mail receptacle or lock.
She was also charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance involving methamphetamine.
Yet authorities indicated the case is far from finished.
Authorities said additional charges are expected.
Investigators continue examining the evidence.
They are working to determine the full scope of the suspected criminal activity.
The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
