An Indiana man faces two felony charges after allegedly punching a woman in the face three times and later texting her death threats, according to court documents.
Justin Andrew Wilkinson, 34, lives in Columbia City.
The charges stem from an alleged domestic violence incident that sent a woman to the hospital, according to court records.
The two were arguing when Wilkinson allegedly slapped the woman across the face, court documents state. She told investigators she slapped him back.
Wilkinson then punched the woman in the face three times, according to police.
The woman went to the hospital following the physical confrontation, according to the complaint.

Doctors at the hospital diagnosed a fracture near her left eye, court records state.
Medical staff also treated a laceration that required stitches, according to the affidavit.
She was given a CT scan and told that she would need to follow up with a plastic surgeon, records show.
The confrontation did not end when the woman left the scene, police said. Investigators said Wilkinson later sent her text messages threatening to kill her.
When questioned by police, Wilkinson reportedly claimed the woman was “fine” when she left. He admitted sending the messages, but told officers he was upset and did not mean the threats, according to the affidavit.
Wilkinson is charged with Level 5 felony domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury, according to court records.
The accused also faces a count of Level 6 felony intimidation, court documents state.
