A 44-year-old London banker suspected of being the notorious Putney Pusher has been found dead at his home, according to police.
Nicholas Brandram, 44, was reportedly an ex-senior HSBC Private Bank manager who lived in a $1.8 million property in Chiswick, West London.
The former banker was found unresponsive inside his residence on Tuesday night, the Metropolitan Police said, according to the UK Independent.
“At 19:12hrs on Tuesday, 15 September officers and the London Ambulance Service attended an address in Chiswick, Hounslow after a man was found unresponsive inside a property,” police said in a statement.
The 44-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, and his next of kin were notified, according to authorities.
His death is being treated as “unexpected” by investigators, the cops said. The passing was not believed to be suspicious, according to police.
Brandram had been arrested at his residence on June 15, according to police.
The June arrest followed a nearly decade-long manhunt for the jogger known as the “Putney Pusher,” police said.
He was formally charged with attempted grievous bodily harm, according to police.
The charge stemmed from an attack on Putney Bridge on May 5, 2017, according to authorities.

Surveillance footage of the bizarre incident showed a jogger callously shoving an unidentified woman, police said.
The shove sent the pedestrian tumbling directly into the path of an oncoming double-decker bus, according to footage.
The double-decker bus driver swerved just in time to avoid rolling over her head, footage showed. The 33-year-old victim miraculously suffered only minor injuries, authorities said.
Roughly 15 minutes later, the jogger is shown passing again, according to footage. He ignored calls for him to stop, footage showed.
Brandram was reportedly a former decorated British Army Captain, according to records.
In 2012, he was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal during celebrations marking 60 years on the throne, records show.
The former officer had familial connections to some of Europe’s royal dynasties, the UK Sun paper reported.
Those dynastic links included the UK’s reigning House of Windsor, according to the paper.
Brandram was also a direct descendant of Queen Victoria, according to reports.
He was a grandson of Princess Katherine of Greece and Denmark, records show. The princess was the great-granddaughter of Queen Victoria, according to historical accounts.
Other details about his death were not immediately known Wednesday, according to authorities.
