An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation involving a 13-year-old juvenile, according to the Onalaska Police Department.
Treese Moscicki, 18, was taken into custody in connection with the case, police said.
On September 15, 2026, Moscicki was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail, according to authorities.
The 18-year-old was booked on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and harboring a runaway child, according to records. Moscicki also faces a charge of assault causing bodily injury, police said.

Police said the investigation remains ongoing. Additional charges may be considered as investigators develop the case, according to the department.
Investigators are asking anyone with information about the case, or anyone who may have experienced similar conduct involving Moscicki, to come forward, police said.
