Indiana woman Kelsa Peetz received a police ride home after prostitution arrest — then allegedly posted another sex ad within 48 hours

An Indiana felon allegedly returned to advertising sexual services online within 48 hours of being released from a prostitution arrest, police said.

Kelsa Marie Dawn Peetz, 29, faces a prostitution charge following an undercover investigation conducted in Johnson County, according to court documents.

The case began when a deputy monitoring local websites reportedly found an advertisement from a woman using the name “Lolaaa,” court records state.

Investigators traced the phone number associated with the advertisement directly to Peetz, police said.

An undercover detective then arranged a meeting and allegedly offered Peetz $200 for sex, according to authorities.

Peetz arrived and entered the detective’s vehicle before officers monitoring the operation moved in, police said. She was arrested on the scene.

Peetz initially claimed to investigators that she was only there to meet a friend, according to court documents.

She later allegedly admitted she was engaging in prostitution to support a fentanyl addiction, the court documents state.

Peetz was ultimately released from custody, police said. Officers even gave the accused woman a courtesy ride.

Authorities say that within 48 hours of being released, they discovered another online advertisement from Peetz, according to police.

That advertisement allegedly showed the 29-year-old woman offering sexual services again, investigators said.

Peetz already had another criminal case from earlier this year in Marion County, court records show.

In that proceeding, Peetz was charged with theft before pleading guilty to Level 5 felony organized retail theft, records show.

On Sept. 1, she received a 1,435-day suspended sentence and two years of probation, according to court records.

The probation terms ordered her to participate in addiction-related services and prohibited her from entering Walmart stores in Marion County, records show.

Peetz remains accused, not convicted, on the prostitution charge, a Class A misdemeanor carrying up to one year in jail, court documents state.
