A Las Vegas boyfriend allegedly shot and killed his partner and her two children inside an apartment after confronting her about an affair, police said.
Juan Carlos Orona, 29, had been in a relationship with the woman for several months, according to an arrest report. He had been staying at her apartment, police said.
On September 1, 2026, the shooting took place at an apartment located on O’Bannon Drive, according to authorities.
Around 7 p.m. that evening, Orona arrived at a Las Vegas police station accompanied by his father and brother, police said.
The 29-year-old allegedly told desk officers that he had just shot his girlfriend and her two children, according to investigators.
Responding officers went to the apartment and discovered three victims inside suffering from gunshot wounds, police said. All three were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the arrest report.
Police identified the victims as 41-year-old Nohani Flores Osuna, her 16-year-old daughter, Maiya Deleon Flores, and her 7-year-old son, Noah Morales Flores.
Investigators said Orona confronted Osuna after spotting her vehicle parked near a car that belonged to another man.

The defendant allegedly believed the other vehicle belonged to Osuna’s former partner, according to court documents.
Orona allegedly asked Osuna whether she was involved with the man, prompting her to confirm she had been unfaithful, the report states.
The suspect reportedly told detectives that he then “blacked out” following her admission, according to police.
Orona told investigators he later regained consciousness in the bathroom holding a Glock 9mm handgun, according to the report.
He said the three victims were lying on the floor when he woke up, police said. Orona claimed he could not remember what took place during the shooting, according to investigators.
The suspect was also suffering from a gunshot wound to his abdomen, police said. Investigators have not publicly established how he received the injury, according to authorities.
Detectives later searched his vehicle and recovered a handgun stored inside a backpack, police said.
Orona faces three counts of open murder with a deadly weapon and 10 counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, according to records.
The accused man remains held in custody without bail as the case moves forward, records show.
