Oklahoma man beat woman with hammer, hosed her off and abducted her in own car: cops

“I AM GOING TO WASH YOU OFF”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, INVESTIGATORS SAY A CHOCTAW COUNTY MAN BEAT A WOMAN WITH A HAMMER, HOSED HER DOWN, AND FORCED HER INTO HER OWN VEHICLE BEFORE BEING JAILED ON A $150,000 BOND.

A 56-year-old Choctaw County man has been arrested following a reported assault, according to authorities.

On August 21, Jason Pierce allegedly attacked a woman at her residence, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The incident took place at a home in the 3900 block of East 2055 Road.

Investigators said Pierce repeatedly struck the woman with a hammer.

He then used a water hose to wash her off, according to the affidavit.

The victim told investigators that Pierce subsequently forced her into her own vehicle.

Pierce drove them behind Fort Towson School, according to the victim’s account.

Then law enforcement officers located Pierce in an alley.

Officers reported finding blood on his clothing, according to court documents.

Investigators also searched the victim’s property for evidence.

And investigators said they recovered a blood-covered hammer in the backyard near a water hose.

The victim was transported to Choctaw Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.

Pierce was subsequently taken into custody by law enforcement.

He was booked into the Choctaw County Jail.

Pierce faces a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

He is also charged with kidnapping.

Additionally, Pierce faces counts of malicious injury to property and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

His bond was set at $150,000.

Pierce is currently charged and has not been convicted.

The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
