Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak’s teenage son indicted on seven felonies including child molestation — despite tests detecting no male DNA

A Fulton County grand jury has indicted 15-year-old Kroy Biermann Jr. on seven felony charges.

Biermann Jr. is the son of former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann and former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak.

The indictment stems from an alleged incident involving another 15-year-old girl.

According to investigators, the alleged incident took place in April.

Investigators allege that Biermann Jr. met the girl at a café inside Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta.

The two then entered the facility’s family changing area, investigators allege.

The alleged incident occurred inside that changing area.

The girl was later examined at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Testing reportedly detected no male DNA during that medical examination.

Yet investigators continued the case.

Biermann Jr. was arrested on Aug. 17.

Then, on Thursday, the grand jury returned the seven-count indictment.

The counts include one charge of aggravated child molestation.

The indictment also includes a charge of aggravated sexual battery.

Prosecutors also brought one count of aggravated sodomy.

Additionally, the grand jury indicted Biermann Jr. on three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16.

He also faces a charge of false imprisonment.

And his mother has publicly defended her son against the criminal charges.

Kim Zolciak said that Biermann Jr. categorically denies the allegations.

She also stated that he passed a voluntary polygraph examination.

An indictment is not a conviction.

Biermann Jr. is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

His next court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8.

The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
