A 21-year-old Topeka woman is facing multiple charges after two women allegedly robbed another woman early Friday morning, police said.
Alexis N. Jones, 21, is from Topeka, police said.
Officers responded just before 4 a.m. to the 1400 block of SW Van Buren Street after receiving a robbery call, police said.
An adult woman reported that two adult women had taken her personal property during the encounter, according to police. No injuries were reported, police said.
Following the investigation, Jones was arrested and booked into the Shawnee County Jail, police said.

The suspect faces allegations of aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property and theft from a building, police said.
The criminal-damage allegation involves property valued at less than $1,000, while the theft charge involves property valued at less than $1,500, police said.
Police have not released additional details about what was allegedly stolen or what led up to the encounter, authorities said.
Investigators have also not released the identity or status of the second woman reportedly involved, according to police. Only one arrest has been announced so far, police said.
The defendant is being held on a $25,000 bond, police said.
Jones is scheduled to appear in court on November 19, court records show.
