“NOBODY IS EVER GOING TO FIND OUT”!!! BELIEVE IT OR NOT, STATE POLICE SAY 64-YEAR-OLD ROBERT STOCKERT REPEATEDLY SEXUALLY ABUSED A CHILD UNDER 11 OVER AT LEAST THREE MONTHS… AND HE IS NOW HELD IN JAIL WITHOUT BAIL ON FIVE FELONY CHARGES.
A 64-year-old man is facing five felony counts following an investigation into the alleged abuse of a young child in Greene County.
Robert Stockert is accused of repeatedly sexually abusing a child under the age of 11 over a span of at least three months.
On August 18, New York State Police launched an investigation after receiving a report that Stockert had engaged in sexual contact with the child.
Investigators subsequently coordinated with the Greene County Child Advocacy Center during the inquiry.
On August 24, State Police arrested Stockert in Hensonville.
The defendant now faces five felony charges.
Those charges include two counts of first-degree rape.
Police said the rape charges stem from alleged oral sexual contact with the child.
Stockert also faces one count of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
That charge alleges at least two sexual acts involving a child younger than 11 over a period of three months or longer.
In addition, he faces two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
And authorities stated the alleged abuse took place across a timeframe of at least three months.

But officials have not publicly released the exact age of the child.
The gender of the victim has not been disclosed.
Authorities have not released the relationship between Stockert and the child.
Officials have also not provided details explaining how the accused allegedly gained access to the minor.
Following his arrest, Stockert was arraigned in Coxsackie Town Court.
Then the court ordered him remanded to the Greene County Jail without bail.
He remains in custody.
Stockert is scheduled to return to court on September 14.
