BELIEVE IT OR NOT, POLICE SAY 22-YEAR-OLD SAVANNA GRACE WHITE ATTACKED HER EX’S GIRLFRIEND WITH A STUN GUN OUTSIDE A SPARTANBURG COUNTY RESIDENCE… ONLY TO BE DISARMED, PINNED DOWN, AND BOOKED ON AN ASSAULT CHARGE.
The confrontation took place in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
It centered on 22-year-old Savanna Grace White.
The woman White targeted was the girlfriend of White’s ex.
The dispute had reached law enforcement earlier that same morning.
The woman White targeted had gone to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
She spoke with deputies to ask about obtaining a restraining order against White.
She told deputies that White had been harassing her.
Hours passed after that morning inquiry.
Yet hours later, White drove to the woman’s home anyway.
A confrontation broke out outside the house.
Police say White got into a fight with the woman outside the residence.
Then White pulled out a stun gun.
Police say White used the stun gun on the woman.
It did not go the way she planned.
The woman fought back against the attack.
She managed to wrestle the stun gun away from White.
She took control of the stun gun herself.
And she held White down.
The woman kept White pinned to the ground herself until deputies arrived.
An emergency call had connected dispatchers to the scene.
A 911 dispatcher on the call reportedly heard a woman’s voice say, “I’m going to k*ll you.”
White was not at the property alone.
White’s child was inside the car during the fight.
Deputies from the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office responded to the residence.
They found White detained on the ground by the woman she had targeted.
White provided deputies with an explanation for her presence at the home.
White told deputies she had only come by to check on her child.
Deputies placed White under arrest at the scene.
White was charged with third-degree assault.
She was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Center.
White had driven to the house hours after the police report.
White had pulled out a stun gun during the fight.
White had ended up the one restrained on the ground.
