A Georgia boyfriend allegedly choked his reality-star partner and pushed her onto concrete following an argument, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
David Landsman of Woodstock, Georgia, was identified in the filing as the longtime partner of podcaster and former reality television personality Lindsie Chrisley, court documents state.
The confrontation between the couple began during a dinner, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.
Landsman allegedly spotted an image on Chrisley’s mobile telephone that he believed depicted another man, the affidavit states.
The defendant grew “verbally aggressive” over the photograph during the meal, according to the affidavit.
He reportedly remained aggressive even after discovering that the person shown in the picture was actually himself, according to the filing.
The dispute escalated further after the couple returned home, according to Chrisley’s account in the affidavit.
Landsman allegedly placed his right hand around Chrisley’s neck and applied pressure inside the home, according to court documents.
The suspect allegedly told Chrisley that she was “not going anywhere” during the encounter, the affidavit states.
Chrisley alleged that the defendant choked her more than once during the altercation, according to the warrant.
Landsman then allegedly grabbed Chrisley by the throat once more before opening the door, according to the affidavit.
The accused allegedly shoved her out of the residence with enough force that she fell backward, according to court documents. She struck her head on the concrete outside the entryway, the affidavit states.
Authorities arrested Landsman on Friday, April 10, following the reported incident, according to records.
The Woodstock man was booked into the Cherokee County jail in Georgia, according to booking records.
The initial booking charged Landsman with misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault in connection with the choking allegation, records show.
The defendant was released from custody shortly after his booking, according to jail records.
